 Auditing Euro-Court corruption: the inside story from Luxembourg

Robert Dougal Watt:

"On 17 June, I separately alleged to the Court that the European Anti-Fraud Office (known by its acronym in French, OLAF) has misled the European Parliament regarding the violent death in suspicious circumstances in 1993 of a Commission official, Dr Antonio Quatraro."

"At the time of his death, Dr Quatraro was the subject of an internal investigation, which was examining his role in the award of intervention tobacco sales contracts to companies linked to the Mafia. I submit that the available evidence suggests Dr Quatraro was not any “Mr Big”, but was more probably a minor and possibly coerced player in a masonic conspiracy within the European Commission".

O comissário Quatraro "suicidou-se" em 1993, curiosamente depois de ter dito aos auditores que existiam mais pessoas da Comissão Europeia envolvidas no caso. Apesar da policia Belga ter fechado o caso como homicídio não resolvido, a comissão resolveu não investigar, I wonder why?
Dougal Watt afirma que dentro do Tribunal de contas europeu existia uma rede maçónica que dificultava e muito as investigações, a mesma acusação pendeu sobre a OLAF (anti-Fraud).

Nunca se soube se Quatraro pertencia à maçonaria ou não, pois caso tenha pertencido teria quebrado o juramento, mas mesmo isso, é irrelevante, o que importa é que até hoje os documentos com a acusação do caso não podem ser consultados ou revistos.

"On 20 August, I presented further material to the Court supporting my thesis that a masonic dimension may be present in the “Quatraro Case” and its cover-up; and supporting the plausibility of the possibility of CIA involvement (e.g., as recently as 1996, the CIA was caught stealing GATT trade negotiation secrets from the European institutions’ computer network). I received no response from the Court."

O poder corrompe, o absoluto poder corrompe absolutamente.

Today, I have presented a further letter to the Court, summarised below, based entirely upon information which is already in the public domain:

- Mr James Woolsey, President Clinton’s appointment as Director of CIA, 1993-95, spent his earlier career in a succession of high-profile positions in the military and diplomatic service of his country; interspersed with periods working as a lawyer for companies belonging – with one exception – to what President Eisenhower dubbed “the military-industrial complex”. The exception, for which Mr Woolsey worked in the period 1991-93, was Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS);

- in 1994, SGS acquired Cotecna, an American-owned, Swiss-registered company;

- in the period 1994-96, executives of both SGS and Cotecna paid substantial “kick-back” bribes to Benazir Bhutto, then Prime Minister of Pakistan, in return for the award by Pakistan of contracts to the two companies. A variety of sources indicate that Ms Bhutto was not popular with the American political elite. Her father had adopted populist policies of nationalisation; whereas the military regime which followed him, and preceded her, encouraged the private sector. Pakistan’s military regime was vital for US covert action against the Soviet Union in Afghanistan; during the 1980s, the largest CIA office in the world was situated in Islamabad;

- in 1997, Cotecna was sold back to its original owners. It is currently active in many developing countries, verifying compliance with World Bank and IMF loan conditions; a task which gives its staff close links with national elites, and great financial and economic influence;

Então, mas Benazir Bhutto não era aquela senhora de esquerda que lutava por todos aqueles slogans liberais e democráticos?

- Cotecna employs the son of Mr Kofi Annan, UN Secretary General. The company holds the contract for verifying Iraq’s compliance with the UN’s “oil for food” programme. The company currently has staff based in Iraq.

Esta empresa, a Cotecna, pertence aquela elite que eu descrevo neste artigo, são as sombras por detrás do crachá, nada mais.

Em relação ao programa "oil for food" foi uma boa maneira de perceber como se estrangula e elimina-se as classes sociais mais baixas do país sancionado. Morreram cerca de 35 mil crianças (dados da ONU) e se o objectivo era retirar um ditador do poder não entendo a conexão em matar de fome as crianças e ser um processo tão longo, é algo que me escapa.

" I fear my life to be at risk. I have brought the corruption of the European Court of Auditors to public attention; raised awkward questions concerning the violent death of a Mafia-related Commission official; alleged that the available evidence is consistent with the operation of an inter-institutional masonic network protecting corruption; and now discovered evidence which suggests a link between such corruption and covert CIA activity in Europe and beyond."

Para este senhor aperceber-se que a maçonaria andava em jogo é porque as evidências como ele lhe chama teriam de ser bastante óbvias, porque todos sabemos do secretismo que opera nessas hostes.

e por fim...

"Corruption has been permitted to flourish, to the benefit of all the institutions’ elites. As shown by the experience of Mr Paul Van Buitenen, and of others who have more recently “blown the whistle” on corruption and mismanagement: the European system is now so degraded that it cannot police itself. The bodies charged with safeguarding the public interest from such corruption – the European Court of Auditors, the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF), the European parliament’s Budgetary Control Committee, the Ombudsman – are indolent, if not actively corrupt."

Não consegui saber onde se encontra actualmente Dougal Watt, o mais certo é estar refugiado num sitio qualquer, mas mesmo assim, deu para pintar o quadro sobre as instituições da Europa, criadas para gerir e fazer girar a "Network".

Porque, não vale de nada ter planos sobre uma Europa federalizada se não controlarem as instituições que criarão os mecanismos para esse federalismo. E dentro desta estrutura reside tudo aquilo que estes senhores denunciaram, incluindo o facto da Maçonaria deter grande parte dos cargos de decisão ou de julgamento na Nova moscovo.

O sonho europeu nunca foi para as pessoas, a história de que só integrados é que não haverá mais guerra é um verdadeiro balde de areia lançado para o ar, basta olhar para o mundo para perceber que isso é falso. Hoje em dia não há um assento na estrutura europeia que seja eleito pelos europeus. E em relação ao deputados do politburo europeu tentem-se lembrar da última vez que ouviram alguma intervenção dos mesmos a respeito de Portugal? Claro que não se lembram, nem eu.

O rei vai nu e são distribuidos milhares de milhões para acalmar as massas, dinheiro esse que ninguém sabe de onde vêm e muito menos se conseguimos pagar o que estamos a pedir, ou se chega sequer para pagar a dívida anterior, visto a nossa ser entre 350 a 400% em relação ao PIB. É de risos, o Shock and Awe será diário minha gente, hoje é o subsidio, amanhã a tua propriedade privada, inclusive a intelectual. 

O que a EUSSR fez aos países foi dar-lhes dinheiro em troca de soberania económica, social e politica, que por sinal tanta falta nos fazia agora, especialmente aquela em que nós podíamos "criar" os 79 mil milhões e não ter de pedir esse mesmo dinheiro emprestado e pagar juros. Isso é que era, sempre ganhava os 50% do subsidio de natal outra vez.
